Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions. This role demands expertise in clinical practices, including crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and child and family therapy. The LCSW, LMFT, or LPC will collaborate closely with patients and team members to create personalized treatment plans that foster healing and overall well-being.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $85K
- Hybrid setting
- Required: Fluent in Spanish
- Avg. of 8 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Loan repayment - NHSC

Requirement: Qualifications/Experience/Education
- Master's degree: Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- LCSW, LMFT or LPC (Texas issued license)
