Position Highlights:
• Salary: Up to $300K (DOE)
• Sign-On Bonus: $25K
• Metrics Bonus: $10K–$15K annually
• Schedule: Mon. – Fri. (8:30 – 5:30)
• Avg. 20 patients/day
• 100% O/P (no evening or weekend calls)
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, CME ($2,500 & 3 days), 3 weeks PTO, 5 paid holidays, and 401(k) with 5% match
