Location: Temecula, CA
Compensation: $135,000–$160,000 annually + Benefits & Performance Bonus
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is confident in treating patients across the lifespan, managing urgent medical needs, and handling work-related exams—including pre-employment and DOT physicals. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork and quality care are the top priorities.
Schedule & Compensation
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required
- Salary: $135,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience)
- Annual performance bonus after one year

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, EKGs, labs)
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, incision & drainage)
- Prescribe medications per state regulations
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Document all encounters accurately in the EMR
- Manage Workers’ Compensation cases and physical exams
Qualifications
- Active California PA or NP license
- NCCPA certification required (for PAs)
- Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice preferred
- Workers’ Compensation experience strongly preferred
- DOT certification required (employer reimburses cost if obtained within 30 days)
