We’re seeking a Family Practice Physician (BC/BE) with Urgent Care and/or Workers’ Compensation experience to join our growing, community-focused team devoted to delivering top-quality care with a personal touch. Position Highlights:
• Salary: Up to $325K (DOE)
• Sign-On Bonus: $25K
• Metrics Bonus: $10K–$15K annually
• Schedule: Flexible 4×10 or 3×12 shifts
• Average 5 patients/hour
• Preferred Experience: Urgent Care/DOT – Workers’ Comp / Occupational Medicine
• Facility: 13 exam rooms, X-ray, Ultrasound, Fibroscan, ABI, EKG & more
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, CME ($2,500 & 3 days), 3 weeks PTO, 5 paid holidays, and 401(k) with 5% match
